Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your order.  Merchandise purchased from heathyours.xyz may be returned according to the following time frames and terms.

Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment for the transaction.  All credit/debit refunds will only be returned to the exact same card.  If a cash amount over $20 was used, it will be refunded in the form of a check.  The check will be processed and mailed to the customer within approximately 2 weeks.  All returned or exchanged furniture, decor and rugs will incur a ten percent (10%) restocking fee which will be subtracted from the refund/exchange amount.

All shipping charges are non-refundable.  Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.  All merchandise must be unused, in “like new” condition with tags attached and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required and return authorization must be obtained prior to return.  We are not able to make changes to or cancel an order once it has been placed.  If you decide to return or cancel your order after it is placed, our standard return policy applies.  Please contact us at contact@heathyours.xyz for return assistance.

Price adjustments can be made for store credit only within 30 days. Promotional changes, special holiday events, and flash sales will be excluded.  These include but are not limited to the events surrounding Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the days after Christmas.

Gift Cards and Store Merchandise Cards are not redeemable for cash. These cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

14-Day Return Period

All furniture, rugs and accessories must be returned within 14 days of original purchase or delivery date.  Furniture and rugs will incur a 10% restocking fee. When your items are delivered, please inspect for any damage before accepting the delivery.  If there is an issue, do not accept the delivery and contact our customer service representatives.  The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.  Proof of purchase will be required for any returns.  Please contact our customer service representatives to obtain a Return Authorization before returning any products.

30-Day Return Period

Our mattresses have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.  If you are not satisfied with the comfort of your new mattress within 30 days please contact our customer service team to initiate your return.  This policy is limited to one return per household and/or customer per year.  If you are unable to return the mattress to a store location, contact customer service for more information, approved donation centers, and donation procedures.

Special or Custom Orders, As-Is, or Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
